DO I NEED A CANVA ACCOUNT TO USE THESE BRAND KITS?
Yes - but it takes a second to sign up and you can use these in the FREE version of Canva. Though for downloading the logos with a transparent background, we recommend Canva Pro. BUT you can get this on a FREE 30 day trial! Plenty of time to download your logo files and cancel any time.
IS THE LOGO FILE A VECTOR?
The logo file can be downloaded from Canva as a PDF or PNG (recommended). This is the standard format you’ll need for your logo in most instances, such as your website, printed material and marketing material. You will sometimes be asked for a Vector version of your logo if you are designing via a print company, or for T-Shirts etc. In this case, you can follow an online tutorial yourself to do this using Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator (there are SO many tutorials online). Or you can hire a designer to quickly do this for you.
DO I HAVE TO USE THESE ON A COMPUTER?
The beauty of Canva is that you can access and edit on ANY device! Your phone, tablet, it is literally at your fingertips at all times. However, for optimal viewing, we recommend using a computer or laptop with a larger screen size over a hand-held device.
CAN I USE THESE BRAND KITS EXACTLY AS THEY ARE, OR DO I NEED TO CHANGE EVERYTHING?
You can use the brand kits exactly as they are. You are also welcome to make as many changes as you need to suit your style and branding - the tutorial and PDF guide show you how.
CAN I MIX AND MATCH THE BRAND KITS?
Yes! Change what you like, mix with your own branding. Canva is such a flexible and user-friendly design tool, there really are no limits to what you can achieve.

Canva is so easy to use and we have designed the brand kits to be as user-friendly and powerful as possible. The included PDF guide and online video tutorials will show you exactly how to use the brand kits.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
This is a digital download, so due to the nature of the files we cannot offer a refund once you have downloaded them, as they are non-returnable. We can offer a replacement if the download is faulty or not fit for purpose, or the file is corrupt. BUT we are CONFIDENT you’re going to love these and we are here to assist you!
